- Yes! The Free plan is completely free forever with no hidden fees. You get unlimited lesson planning, full NSW syllabus access, up to 3 programs, 5 classes, and even 3 AI lesson generations per month. Upgrade to Pro when you need more.
- What is the AI Lesson Generator?
- Our AI Lesson Generator creates structured lesson plans from syllabus points in seconds. It suggests learning intentions, key questions, vocabulary, and differentiation ideas. Free users get 3 generations per month, Pro users get 30, and School plans get unlimited.
- How does team pricing work?
- Solo teachers pay $12/month. When you add team members (2+ teachers), everyone pays just $10/teacher/month. Annual billing saves 17% (2 months free). Schools get custom volume pricing - contact us for a quote.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all your lessons, programs, and resources during this period. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
- Is my data secure?
- Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Our servers are hosted in Australia, and we comply with Australian privacy laws including the Privacy Act 1988.
- Do you offer a free trial?
- Yes! All new users automatically get a 14-day Pro trial - no credit card required. Experience all Pro features including 30 AI generations, integrations, and collaboration. After 14 days, you can upgrade or continue with the generous Free plan.
